Refund policy

You see the full agreement before you pay. Because the PDF is a digital document made on your device the moment you download it, refunds are limited to the cases below.

We will refund you if

• You were charged but could not download the PDF, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same agreement. We refund the extra payments.
• An error in our template or rule data made the document unusable for the state you chose.

We usually will not refund if

• You downloaded the PDF and changed your mind.
• You entered wrong details. You can go back and create the PDF again at no extra cost within 24 hours of paying.
• The registrar or stamp office asked for different formalities than the draft assumed.

How to ask

Email support@rentagree.in within 7 days with your order id (it starts with "order_") and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
