What Rentagree is

Rentagree is a document tool. You answer questions and it produces a draft rent agreement as a PDF. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and no lawyer-client relationship is created by using it.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for reading every clause before signing.
• You are responsible for stamping, registration, notarisation and police verification that the law of your state requires.
• Stamp duty figures are indicative. Confirm them with the state's official portal before paying.
• Do not use the service for unlawful terms, including clauses that restrict people by religion, caste, diet or similar grounds.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. See the refund policy.

Your documents and data

Your answers stay in your browser until you pay. The PDF is created on your device. Aadhaar and PAN numbers you enter are used only to build the PDF on your device. See the privacy policy.

No guarantee

We work to keep the templates and rule data accurate, but laws and procedures change and some of our reference data is still being verified. The draft is provided as is, without any promise that it suits your situation or will be accepted by any office or court.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the document in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [city, state] have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
